Is there anything more exciting than starting a new coffee shop? We don’t think so – and neither do the owners of our 2020 class of independent coffee shops.

These entrepreneurs beat heavy odds to open successful new ventures in 2020.

Kudos to them for refusing to let the pandemic stop them from opening their businesses!

Six of the new coffee shops were the second or third location for their owners.

Following the 7 Steps to Success

From there, our 7 Steps Trainers helped them every step of the way, from finding a winning location and writing a compelling coffee shop business plan, to choosing equipment, training staff and more.

While the 2020 coffee shop owners are busy making a go of their new ventures, Crimson Cup is helping another group of entrepreneurs open independent coffee shops.
