Friendly staff. I really like their seasonal coffee drinks the best. Pumpkin latte was very pumpkinny! Returned a couple was later and tried the red velvet coffee drink. Oh man was it good.

My love for local cafes got me down to this place. There was plenty of parking available at the Clintonville location, which is a huge plus!Ambience is great. Saw good amount of people with laptops, Wi-Fi is available and free, had good speed too. It’s a nice place to arrange business meets for a quick chat and also good for quick grabs since drive through is available.I’d come back any day for the Mayan mocha freeze I tried today, it was delicious with an amazing aroma. My boyfriend got iced vanilla coffee, ice here is crushed and the drink stays colder for more time which is all we need during the hot summer days. :)Staff was friendly. Only downside, a bit expensive, At least for the speciality drinks.

Really good coffee! It's cool that it's local and focuses on single origan and small batches to empower small coffee farmers. More focused on the craft rather than the quantity. It is busy, and the baristas seemed a little flustered, but they did great in ensuring that everything was quick and right.

The best espresso around! Very helpful and polite staff. Nice sitting area and nice outside patio with umbrellas. My only complaint is the lack of nutrition information for the food they sell. I even asked a manager how I could figure it out and he did not know.

Visited twice now. My husband and daughter have enjoyed the coffees and I like the teas. Clean facilities. Customer service Jas been outstanding. I for got to order my macha latte with almond. They had already made when I realized my error. No big deal, they happily made me the one I could drink. On the first visit we had questions and the employee was friendly and patiently answered questions and made a terrific recommendation. We will return.

The coffee shop is indeed unique. Ohio local coffee shop with some flare and fun. The drinks are definitely worth talking about. Their Mayan Mocha Frappuccino, was different, it had a kick of spice to it, making you think back to your old history class about Mayans using spice in their chocolates. The other coffees, aren't the usual "sugary" beverages, you get a solid punch of coffee, but easing into a light sweetness so it's not bitter for those with a sweet tooth. Overall it was great and relaxing, definitely suggest it for local Ohioans and those traveling through.

No matter what you order here, you can always guarantee that it will be delicious, whether it be a hot tea or a frozen mocha. The staff here is also exceptionally pleasant and diligent at their jobs.

Crimson Cup is a great coffee chain with delicious drinks and tasty fresh baked goods. The New Orleans cold brew with chicory is my favorite coffee beverage in town.

Seriously, the coffee is good, it also depends on what you want. I don't get into the frothy coffee scene, just give me a cup of good coffee. What I like about the Crimson Cup is they have coffees from around the world, and I like to try the different flavors. I would suggest you try them out if you're into tasting coffee. The only downside is the prices, but it's worth it.

First time visiting Crimson Cup and I must say it was wonderful! Nice cozy atmosphere and knowledgeable employees makes your visit even more enjoyable. I was very impressed with the chai latte! Definitely will be visiting again!

Always fast service. Wish they had more than just their medium brewed and available. In the winter I was hoping they'd have their delicious winter wonderland brew going or some more options.

I really enjoy the coffee here. The staff is usually pretty friendly, though I went recently and they were not very nice. It was really busy though so I get it. My other experiences here have been fantastic.

Always super friendly, good coffee, always get my order right. The espresso drinks are better than their equivalents at Starbucks. They have a drive through, and comfortable places to sit inside and out. This is how a coffee shop should be.

Such a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of whatever you choose! All the employees are really helpful. My favorite thing to order is a type of iced coffee/cold brew called the New Orleans.

Crimson Cup is the best coffee shop in Columbus. I try to go whenever I have a chance. Service at this location is fast and friendly. My usual order is a vanilla latte. The Crimson Cup Mocha is also a good drink if you are looking for something on sweeter side.

Very friendly staff and good prices. For a macro roster the coffee is way better than any chain. My wife and I enjoy walking the dogs to patio in the summer and the workers always treat the dogs with dog cookies. They have a water bowl on the patio for the dogs.

My first time coming here and I thought it was a great place to do work. When it gets busy, it does get a bit loud and cramped. There's not many tables, nor big tables for groups. There's free WiFi and plenty of parking! Staff was very friendly and I loved their selection of drinks.I got the large Matcha Latte and absolutely loved it ~$4.25. I didn't like the chairs and tables much, just because they got uncomfortable after a bit. There are couches, but I couldn't do work while sitting in one. This place is good to work alone, but not great for a bigger group. I love the natural lighting and the outside patio seating. There's also a food truck out front!I recommend this place for a calm environment, place to work, and good drinks.

The service at Crimson Cup is fantastic. If you enjoy coffee, Armando's blend is a pretty solid choice. The drive-thru makes everything very convenient for you as well. When I'm grabbing a coffee on my way to or from work, this is the go-to spot. Highly recommend.

The Vanilla Chocolate Chip muffin is TO DIE FOR!!! Other than that, great coffee and staff is always welcoming and polite. This shop even offers a discount for using your own cup!

A nice place to go for some coffee and/or to chill! Like I've been doing lately, I stopped in, grabbed an espresso and did some work on my laptop. Plenty of space to do so, internet provided by the shop, and cozy atmosphere. There's a patio outside too with some benches, perfect for beautiful days like today was!

I love Crimson Cup. It's out of my way but worth swinging by anytime I'm in the neighborhood (and sometimes even when I'm not!). Their drinks blow Starbucks away...the Mayan Mocha is my favorite! Fast and friendly service too.

Worth the drive thru or stop in when you have the time. It's a unique building it's a bank on one side and a coffee shop on the other. Crimson Cup Coffee has hot or cold coffees, teas. We have enjoyed the few times we have been and plan to return when we are near Clintonville.

Was at a Women's Conference at Leave A Mark Church, coffee was amazing, asked and they purchase their coffee from Crimson Cup. I was so impressed I stopped at this location. The drive thru associate was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions, explaining their roasting process, their brands, my choice was better than expected. I will return and visit inside as well

We love the N High location granted I will go to any Crimson Cup over Starbucks any day. Preferred coffee place. Clean and super nice service. Reasonable prices. Everytime my spouse orders a Mayan Mocha with almond milk they consistently remind us it will still contain a little dairy and they know not to add whip cream without asking. Love the consistency attention to detail!

I absolutely love this place!!!! I went because a friend recommended it and WOW- really exceeded my expectations. The coffee was delicious and the staff was so kind, knowledgeable and quick. I was “served” by the manager on duty, Courtnie, who gave me amazing recommendations. I really enjoyed the fact that oat milk is offered as well as a veggie sausage sandwich. Will definitely be returning every time I’m in town. F Starbux!

I love their new mobile app! You can place an order on the app, collect points, and it'll be ready for you pretty quickly. Our order was ready when we got there and we just picked it up at the table sitting right inside the door. Super quick, super easy, and super delicious.

I’ve been to this location a few times on my way to work and I have had a wonderful experience each time. Everyone is so genuine and kind, it’s refreshing to have that kind of customer service every time I go through. Not only that but I go on my way to work and even when there are cars ahead of me, the line goes quickly and I’m out within 5 minutes. That has never happened when I try to go through Starbucks- or another coffee chain for that matter. I highly recommend. I always get the hot mocha and it’s great each time.

We stopped by the night before Thanksgiving and the store manager, Bird, was super awesome! She asked if we were hosting tomorrow and I said yes. She offered to make a special hot chocolate drink with espresso, for me to help keep me pumped for all the cooking ahead of me. This location has always been a favorite of ours for years and meeting Bird tonight will certainly keep us coming back! Highly recommend!

Fantastic. Beats out Starbucks, hands-down. Limited seating and a small parking lot are the only downsides. Pricing is comparable to Starbucks. Best coffee I've ever had.

The staff was very friendly! The lady at the front with the blonde ponytail was super helpful and we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. If you like your drinks to taste like coffee and not just sugar, you’ll love it here. Just found my new coffee spot!
