7 Steps Sales Leader Scott Fullerton

As 7 Steps Sales Leader, Scott is the first contact for potential coffee shop owners. He will help you discover if opening a coffeehouse is right for you.

“I speak with potential coffee house owners to make sure that owning a coffee shop is right for them and they are a good fit to work with Crimson Cup,” he said.

If you decide to go for your dream, Scott will work with 7 Steps Consultants Steve Bayless, Heather Ciranna and Jenn Koenig to put you on the path to success.

Along the way, he’ll offer guidance on writing a coffee shop business plan, finding the best location, financing your coffee shop and much more.

“Our approach is similar to a coffee shop franchise without the exorbitant fees,” he said. “Plus, our customers maintain the benefits of being independent.”

Scott has helped start over 100 coffee businesses since he joined Crimson Cup in 2007.

A former sales star at LexisNexis and Staples, his goal was to become part of a small company growing in a terrific industry.

Scott held a range of business development roles at Crimson Cup before becoming 7 Steps Sales Leader in 2014.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton, where he played football for four years.

Away from work, Scott gives back by coaching youth football and Varsity Girls Lacrosse at Bishop Fenwick High School.

His personal motto: “Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.”
